Late Night Snack.
Found myself craving something sweet a bit ago and was so excited when I remembered that there was still some Blue Marble Brooklyn ice cream tucked away in my freezer from this weekend's festivities. After a long day at work and a seemingly endless night of emails, this little pick me up was exactly what I found myself needing.
Nothing like a little scoop of sweet, creamy coffee ice cream (in a mug, of course) to end the night on a good note. Sweet dreams, world-- 'till tomorrow.
